Cincinnati now heads off to the Round 2, after wrapping up the series with a 7-3 win. Francisco Alvarez was named MVP, as he put up a .429 batting average, with a .429 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 1 RBI and scored 2 runs. The Cincinnati Stars will play against the Oakland Roses in the next round. Oakland had a bye in the Round 1.
