Judge Bangs 3 HR Against Los Angeles Sunday, May 25th , 2025 Tampa Bay Bandits right fielder Aaron Judge sensed he was going to have a good day at the plate, but he still might have underestimated it a little. Prior to the start of today's contest with the Los Angeles Spirit, Judge told teammates he was sure he would hit a home run. He did -- three times. "During batting practice I really had my swing down pat," he recalled. "I felt some thunder in the lumber." The big day from Judge pushed the Bandits past the Spirit, 9-2. To go along with the homers, he collected 5 RBIs and scored 3 runs. "I was seeing good, feeling good and swinging good," Judge told reporters after the game. Aaron Judge hit a two-run home run off Patrick Sandoval in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Patrick Sandoval in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Jason Alexander in the 5th and flied out in the 7th. Thus far this season in 42 games, Judge is batting .291 with 14 home runs, 29 RBIs and 38 runs scored. He has 46 hits in 158 at-bats. |
