Great Day for Marte -- 5 Hits Sunday, May 25th , 2025 Ketel Marte really sizzled at the plate in his team's 11-4 win over the Denver Bears. The Seattle second baseman blistered Denver for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. "Marte was too tough to get out today," the Bears skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Ketel Marte hit a two-run home run off Seth Lugo in the 1st, walked in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off Ryan Helsley in the 8th and hit a two-run single in the 9th.
