Hoerner's Season Could be Over Sunday, June 8th , 2025 Nico Hoerner will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Texas shortstop could miss the remainder of the year. Hoerner was injured while colliding with a player at a base in the Vipers-Riptides clash at Pepsi Dome recently. Doctors said he has a broken bone in the elbow and would be out a minimum of 9 months. This year, Hoerner is hitting .259 with 42 hits, no home runs, 11 RBIs and has scored 24 runs. |
