Vipers Send Morris to San Diego Tuesday, March 12th , 2024 Texas and San Diego have agreed in principle to a trade. The Vipers will send 26-year old minor league RHP Grant Gambrell, 25-year old minor league 2B Tanner Morris, and 26-year old minor league RHP Paxton Schultz to the Snakeyes for 25-year old minor league CF Austin Beck, 31-year old minor league RHP Jordan Weems, 26-year old minor league RHP Stephen Kolek, 28-year old minor league RHP Jorge Alcala, and 29-year old minor league LHP Tyler Alexander. The deal is expected to be finalized shortly and the clubs will be introducing their new players to the press when the paperwork is complete. During his career, Alexander has registered a 8-7 record with a 4.32 ERA. |
