No matter what the Brunswick Pilots threw at him, Ben Ross hit it. He easily handled Pilots pitching, going 5 for 5 and helping the Raiders triumph, 16-1, at Danville Fields.

"The way I was swinging, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview.

Told of Ross's quip, Pilots skipper said he "would take him up on that next time."

Ben Ross walked in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Edwar Colina in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 8th.

This year, Ross has hit at a .347 clip with 37 RBIs, 12 home runs and 43 runs scored.
