The sweet swing of J.D. Orr has led his team through the Round 1.

The Missoula Toros star earned series MVP honors as his club downed the Helena Devils to advance to the Round 2.

The Toros won the final game at Ballpark of Helena by a score of 7-6 and the series 3-2.

"I'm seeing the ball well and happy to contribute to a win," said Orr. "I hope it continues for the rest of the playoffs."

For the series, Orr hit .600 with a .714 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 5 RBI and scored 7 runs.

The Missoula Toros will play against the Silver Bow County Ospreys in the next round. Silver Bow County won their series against the Medicine Hat Homers 3 games to 0. The Round 2 schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes.
