Pocatello Lose, 6-0, to Devils, Holiday
|
It was not a good day at the plate for the Pocatello Sidewinders. They came up empty when it mattered against Helena Devils right-hander Brian Holiday, who scattered 3 hits across 5.1 innings and held the Sidewinders scoreless.
"We had 3 hits so I know he wasn't completely untouchable, but he was close," Pocatello manager said later.
Holiday chalked up 4 strikeouts and 1 walk in the 6-0 Devils win.
To date this year, Holiday has won 1 and lost 1 with a 5.10 ERA, no saves and 29 strikeouts in no relief appearances.
