Braylon Payne Named Pio's Best Player

Braylon Payne took Pioneer League by storm this year, and he did it all at the age of 19.
For his spectacular campaign, the Helena Devils star has been named the 2025 Pioneer League Outstanding Hitter Award recipient.
"To be considered amongst the best in the league is overwhelming," said the left fielder.
On the season he compiled a .446 batting average to go with a .579 on-base percentage. The native of Missouri City, Texas also added 10 doubles, 4 triples, 14 home runs, 59 RBIs and 92 runs scored.
He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Tommy Hopfe of the Missoula Toros finished second in voting, while Colin Houck of the Medicine Hat Homers finished third.
