Postseason Bid Ends for Providence Saturday, September 6th , 2025 Maybe next year for the Providence Friars. The club stayed in the playoff picture for some time, but they were officially eliminated from contention today. The Friars have missed the playoffs 12 times in their 13 years as a International League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 12th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2013. |
