Austin Halts Ritter's Hitting Steak Thursday, April 24th , 2025 After 22 games, Wilkes-Barre Scranton shortstop Ryan Ritter saw his hitting streak end when he went hitless in 5 at-bats. However, the Red Barons still managed to take the win, topping the Austin Bats, 8-1, at Bats Stadium. "It was a good run," Ritter said after the game. "It was bound to end at some point. I'm just glad we won the day it ended." In 2025 Ritter has hit at a .300 clip with 18 hits, 2 home runs, 11 RBIs and has scored 9 times. |
