Bears Pitching Ravaged by Simpson Saturday, April 26th , 2025 It seemed that Ottawa left fielder Chandler Simpson could do no wrong as the Lynx KO'd the Bears, 10-5. Simpson rapped out 5 hits in 6 at-bats and seemed to know which pitches Bears hurlers were throwing. "I think the Lynx were stealing signs," growled one unhappy Hershey fan after the game. "I felt good. I saw the ball well and just wanted to make good contact and put the ball in play," said the jubilant Simpson in the postgame press interview. Chandler Simpson singled in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI triple in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
