Fremont's Peguero Injured, Out of Lineup Tuesday, May 5th , 2026 When Fremont second baseman Liover Peguero was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Dukes-Hillcats game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Peguero had sustained a broken bone in the elbow and will be out for about 7-8 months. Thus far in 2026, Peguero is hitting .467 with no home runs, 3 RBIs, 5 runs scored and has compiled a .550 OBP. |
