Keegan Cracks 5 Hits Thursday, May 7th , 2026 No matter what the Hartford Hillcats threw at him, Dominic Keegan hit it. He easily handled Hillcats pitching, going 5 for 6 and helping the Magicians triumph, 29-4, at Field of the Hillcats. "The way I was swinging, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Keegan's quip, Hillcats skipper said he "would take him up on that next time." Dominic Keegan singled in the 2nd, struck out in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, walked in the 6th, hit a three-run home run off Jeff Criswell in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 9th and hit a two-run double in the 9th.
