25-Game Hitting Streak for Encarnacion-Strand Sunday, June 14th , 2026 Christian Encarnacion-Strand of the Hershey Bears tagged 1 hit in today's 6-3 loss to the Ottawa Lynx at Ballpark of Hershey to run his hitting streak to 25 straight games. "I realize it's unlikely to have a 25-game streak and not have a couple losses mixed in," he said later. "But it still takes the fun out of it." Christian Encarnacion-Strand struck out in the 1st, hit a sac fly in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Joe Ross in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th. So far this season, Encarnacion-Strand has hit .366 with 17 home runs, 51 RBIs and scored 51 times. |
