Memphis Triumph Powered by Bauers's 5 Hits Sunday, July 12th , 2026 It was a parade of hits for Jake Bauers of the Memphis Magicians at Bats Stadium. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Bauers finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Magicians to a win, 16-7. "Bauers was really good and we were really bad," groaned Bats manager . "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Jake Bauers hit a solo-shot off Sean Sullivan in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Trace Bright in the 5th and singled in the 7th.
