A's-Sidewinders Fight Nets 2-Game Suspensions Thursday, July 24th , 2025 The league commissioner's office announced today that Brandon Drury of the A's and Jackson Stephens of the Sidewinders have both been suspended for 2 games for fighting in the recent game between Albuquerque and Sacramento at Sidewinders Ballpark. In his season totals Drury has 20 home runs and a .260 batting average. Stephens has taken the mound for 15 relief appearances this season, nailing down 1 save while notching a 2-0 record with a 2.09 ERA. The Albuquerque reliever has limited opposing batters to a .245 batting average. |
