The Long Beach Oceanriders beat the odds and also beat Roman Anthony and the Mississauga Trappers, 8-7. The hot-hitting Anthony had an historic day at the plate with three home runs, 4 hits in 5 at-bats, 4 RBIs and 3 runs scored, but no victory. "This game is special for me. It's an individual accomplishment," he said. "As a team we didn't have a good day, but the three homers make it better."
