PCL's #1 Batter Announced Thursday, May 1st , 2025 When Jacob Melton stepped up to the plate in April he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the Pacific Coast League Batter of the Month award. The young Mexicali center fielder posted a .430 batting average with 11 home runs, 26 RBIs and scored 17 runs. Melton also worked pitchers for 6 walks to post a .471 on-base percentage. |
