Gorman Bashes 3 HR for New Orleans Thursday, May 1st , 2025 Nolan Gorman went on an explosive hitting spree against the Omaha Rangers at Rangers Ballpark, launching a trio of blasts to help the New Orleans Greys win, 10-5. The third baseman finished 3-for-5 with 3 runs scored and 4 RBI. "It was just one of those days," Gorman said in a postgame interview. "I don't know how to explain it. I'm just putting a good swing on the ball." Omaha skipper said Gorman was "locked-in." "We made some pretty good pitches," he said. "Those first two homers were exactly where the pitcher wanted to put them. He's just hot right now -- you've just got to tip your hat to him." Nolan Gorman hit a two-run home run off Trevor Williams in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Trevor Williams in the 3rd, struck out in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Nick Vespi in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th. Gorman is currently hitting at a .352 pace with 10 home runs and 23 RBIs. |
