Harrison Cracks 3 HR for Wolverines Friday, August 29th , 2025 London Wolverines catcher KJ Harrison put on a dazzling display of power at Ballpark of London against the Madison Millers. In the 12-3 Wolverines victory, Harrison penned his name into the record books, slamming a trio of home runs in one of baseball's finest single-day efforts. "He can hit them out anywhere, right, center, left, it doesn't matter," Madison manager said. "He's super strong and stays on the ball so well." Along with his three home runs, the 29-year-old had 3 hits in 4 at-bats, 6 RBIs and 3 runs scored. "Life will always throw you curves, just keep fouling them off," Harrison said after the game, when asked about his hitting philosophy. "The right pitch will come, and when it does, be prepared to run the bases. Or trot around them, like I did today." KJ Harrison hit a solo-shot off Gunnar Hoglund in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Gunnar Hoglund in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, walked in the 6th and hit a three-run home run off Doug Nikhazy in the 8th. This season, Harrison is swinging the bat at a .262 rate with 22 hits in 84 at-bats. To date he has hit 11 home runs, scored 17 runs and driven in 28. |
