Montano Keeps Hit Streak Alive Wednesday, April 15th , 2026 Daniel Montano has been ripping hits every day for a while now, and nobody seems able to stop him. The Quebec center fielder picked up 2 more today against the Dayton Dragons and now has a 20-game hitting streak. The Castors won the game, 11-6. "Definitely somebody's going to stop me at some point," he said later, chuckling. "I'll enjoy it for the time being." Daniel Montano singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, flied out in the 6th and singled in the 9th. |
