Season Possibly Over for Maximo Castillo Tuesday, July 14th , 2026 The Plattsburgh Beacons were dealt a blow today when starting pitcher Maximo Castillo left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Castillo has suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. In 14 starts this season, Castillo has recorded 1 win and absorbed 4 losses. He has pitched 58.1 innings, allowed 79 hits, struck out 44 and has a 8.02 ERA. |
