Dragons Henry Williams Will Miss Season Thursday, May 22nd , 2025 The season is finished for Henry Williams of the Dayton Dragons. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Dragons starting pitcher suffered bone chips in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Champagne Black Bears. Team doctors said it would take at least 8 months to heal. Williams has made 1 starts so far this year and put up a 1-1 won-lost record with a 6.75 ERA. In 21.1 innings he has allowed 22 hits, walked 16 and struck out 20. |
