For the day, the Moore first baseman went 4-for-4 against Jacksonville with 3 RBIs and 4 runs scored in a brilliant display of power hitting that led the Tornadoes to the 12-7 win. "I tell you what. I'm shocked because I didn't think that last ball had enough to get out," he told BNN reporters in the clubhouse following the game. "I thought it was just going to be a long out." Ji-Man Choi walked in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Lael Lockhart in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Yadier Alvarez in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Jeff Belge in the 9th. For the year, Choi is batting .382 with 26 hits and 9 home runs. He has scored 21 times and driven in 15. |
