Muncy Belts 7 Hits Tuesday, July 22nd , 2025 It was a tremendous day at the plate for Max Muncy of the San Jose Thorns. In 8 at-bats, he rapped out base hits 7 times. Nonetheless, his Thorns were trumped, 11-10, by the Plano-Frisco Roughriders. Max Muncy struck out in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 8th, hit a two-run home run off Zack Kelly in the 10th, singled in the 12th and singled in the 14th.
