Perlaza Wins Best Bat Trophy in August Monday, September 1st , 2025 In August, Yonathan Perlaza swung a sweet bat and put together a solid month to win the Carolina League Batter of the Month. The Newport News left fielder batted .351 with 10 home runs, 30 RBIs and 27 runs scored. In this current campaign Perlaza is hitting at a .278 clip with 24 home runs and 103 RBIs. |
