Sisneros Laces 3 HR Against Lynchburg Friday, May 23rd , 2025 The old superstition that "bad news comes in threes" certainly came true for the Lynchburg Scouts. Winston-Salem first baseman Cameron Sisneros tripled up on the home runs to propel the Smokers to a win, 9-1, at Ballpark of Winston-Salem. "We had our chances to win the game, but we just didn't come through," Lynchburg manager said. "Sisneros hit the heck out of the ball." In addition to the homers, Sisneros collected 3 hits in 5 at-bats, 7 RBIs and scored 3 runs. "Easy swings get you home runs," he said after the game. "I kept telling myself not to press. They have to be nice and easy swings." Cameron Sisneros grounded out in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Eriq Swan in the 4th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Eriq Swan in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Tim Brennan in the 7th and grounded out in the 8th. This year, Sisneros has hit at a .242 pace and produced 28 RBIs, 6 home runs and scored 24 runs. |
