Charles Tags Peaks for 5 Hits Wednesday, July 23rd , 2025 Austin Charles was sizzling at the plate. In a game played at Peaks Ballpark, the Fremont shortstop blistered the Provo Peaks for 5 hits in 6 at-bats to pace his club to a good 19-9 victory. "Charles was too tough to get out," Peaks skipper said in his postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Austin Charles hit a two-run single in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Cody Scroggins in the 5th, walked in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 7th and grounded out in the 8th.
