That's exactly what Baron Radcliff did at Ballpark of San Bernadino, going deep three times and carrying his team to victory, 14-2. "It all came together. I was seeing the ball well and I got some good pitches to hit," Radcliff said. "Good things happen, when that happens." The San Bernadino 66ers left fielder blistered the Provo Peaks for 3 hits, batted in 7 runs and scored 3 times. "It ain't like we weren't trying," Provo manager said. "He was hot and really torched my boys today." Baron Radcliff hit a two-run home run off Zac Addkison in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Zac Addkison in the 3rd, walked in a run in the 4th, struck out in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Cody Scroggins in the 7th. This season, Radcliff has banged out 169 hits in 497 at-bats for a .340 average with 44 home runs. He is getting on base at a .468 pace and his totals also include 130 RBIs and 135 runs scored. |
