Cedeno 5-for-6 for Pacifics Saturday, May 2nd , 2026 Getting 5 hits in a game has always been memorable feat in baseball. In the Mountain View's 11-4 win over San Mateo, first baseman Leandro Cedeno was red-hot, scorching them for hit after hit at Bloom Ballpark. "To hit the ball consistently well, you have to relax," Cedeno said afterward. "I was relaxed for the first four hits, but I have to admit, I got a little tight when I realized I had a chance for five. On the last at-bat, I was ready to swing at anything close." Leandro Cedeno singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Bryan Sammons in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Bryan Sammons in the 4th, singled in the 6th, flied out in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
