CAL Star of the Week Announced Monday, July 6th , 2026 A battle-tested Kyle Garlick declared war on opposing pitchers last week, attacking the ball like the well-schooled veteran he is. Today the 34-year-old Merced left fielder collected the California League Player of the Week Award. He wrapped up the week with a .414 average, 12 hits in 29 at-bats, 3 home runs, 13 RBIs and 8 runs scored. Garlick has a .332 average and a .449 on-base percentage for the year. He has picked up 72 hits, 15 home runs and driven in 56 runs. |
