CAL Awards Best Batter Prize to Pinder Monday, August 31st , 2026 Chase Pinder of the Provo Peaks had a super week and today was voted the Player of the Week by the California League. The 30-year-old center fielder put up a .550 average with a .667 on-base percentage, racking up 11 hits in 20 at-bats, 4 home runs, 9 RBIs and 10 runs scored. This year, Pinder has hit 13 home runs and posted a .351 batting average. |
