Vero Beach's Caglianone Gets FSL Player of the Week Monday, September 1st , 2025 When it came to hitting the baseball, Jac Caglianone was in a class by himself in the Florida State League this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding first baseman for Vero Beach tagged opposing pitchers for a .458 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 11 hits in 24 at-bats, 5 homers, 8 runs scored and 12 RBIs. In 129 games this season, Caglianone has compiled a .360 batting average with 176 hits and 48 home runs. He has also scored 108 times and knocked in 150 runs. |
