Wilson on Fire: 5-for-6 for Fort Wayne Wednesday, July 23rd , 2025 It was a big day for Isranel Wilson and he brought the Fort Wayne Bucks along for the ride. Wilson led his club to victory, 18-7, over the Springfield Sluggers at Sluggers Ballpark, smoking Springfield pitching for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. The 27-year-old center fielder later called the victory "sweet." Isranel Wilson singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Jackson Finley in the 4th, singled in the 6th, struck out in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off Tanner Jacobson in the 9th and hit a two-run single in the 9th.
