Player of the Week: San Antonio's Jenkins-Cowart Monday, May 12th , 2025 It was an extraordinary week for Jacob Jenkins-Cowart of the San Antonio Vipers. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .536, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the Midwest League. Last week Jenkins-Cowart went 15-for-28, racked up 3 home runs and 11 RBIs and scored 8 runs. It was a heck of a week for the San Antonio first baseman. This year, Jenkins-Cowart has hit at a .305 pace and produced 33 RBIs, 10 home runs and scored 23 runs. |
