MWL Player of the Week Goes to Kurtz of Truth or Con. Monday, May 19th , 2025 One of the league's most exciting young players, Nick Kurtz of the Truth or Con. Cactus BJacks earned himself Midwest League Player of the Week honors with a standout performance in last week's games. For the week the 22-year-old first baseman had a lofty .619 average (13-for-21), collecting 3 home runs, 7 RBIs and 10 runs scored. For the year, Kurtz is batting .469 with 17 home runs. |
