Condon Week's Best Player Monday, August 25th , 2025 When it came to hitting the baseball, Charlie Condon was in a class by himself in the South Atlantic League this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding first baseman for Lexington tagged opposing pitchers for a .591 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 13 hits in 22 at-bats, 5 homers, 7 runs scored and 12 RBIs. This season, Condon has posted a batting average of .376 with 161 hits in 428 at-bats, 32 home runs and 140 RBIs. He has also scored 95 runs, walked 79 times and compiled a .476 OBP. |
