He easily handled Bobcats pitching, going 5 for 6 and helping the Marines triumph, 13-11, at Ballpark of Sarasota. "The way I was swinging, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Mancini's quip, Bobcats skipper said he "would take him up on that next time."
