Consecutive-Game Hit Streak Continues for Valenzuela Monday, April 28th , 2025 Chanticleers catcher Brandon Valenzuela has extended his hitting streak to 25 games. He went 3-for-5 in today's game against the Nassau Thunderballs. Charleston won the ballgame, 9-3. "Got a hit and a win," he said later. "OK, I'll take it." Brandon Valenzuela singled in the 2nd, struck out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 6th and flied out in the 8th. This season, Valenzuela has hit 5 home runs and posted a .405 batting average. |
