Helena-Eureka Fight Results in Suspensions Tuesday, July 22nd , 2025 After an intense confrontation, both the Devils JD Dix and the Sea Dogs Dane Lais were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Helena-Eureka game. JD Dix will miss 3 games, while Dane Lais was suspended for 6 games. "Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," JD Dix commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play." Dix on the season is hitting .364 with 3 home runs. His stats include 14 RBIs and 23 runs scored. This year, Lais has worked 21 innings with 17 strikeouts en route to a 0-1 record and 9.43 ERA. |
