Appalachian League's Best Batter Announced

When it came to hitting the baseball, Donovan Casey had few peers in the Appalachian League this past week.
The talented right fielder for Kingsport tagged opposing pitchers for a .577 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 15 hits in 26 at-bats, 6 homers, 11 runs scored and 18 RBIs.
Casey has collected 37 hits for the Arsenal this year, 11 of them home runs. He has also netted 36 RBIs and scored 33 runs while batting .435.
