McCants Hit Streak Reaches 20 Games Wednesday, July 23rd , 2025 TJ McCants continued his streak at Caesars Ballpark, even as the ballgame did not go his way. The Atlantic City center fielder was 1-for-4 in today's contest and now has hit safely in his last 20 games. The Caesars were not as fortunate, losing, 14-11, to the Pikeville Polecats. "McCants was hitting everything we threw at him," said Pikeville manager . "He is a tough out. Fortunately, things went our way in the ballgame and we came away with a win." TJ McCants grounded out in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, walked in the 4th, flied out in the 5th, struck out in the 8th and walked in the 9th. On the year, McCants is hitting .402 with 41 hits, 5 home runs, 23 RBIs, .546 OBP and has scored 35 runs. |
