Kingsport RP Widger Will Miss 12-13 Months Monday, July 6th , 2026 C.J. Widger has to call it a season. The Kingsport Arsenal reliever sustained a season-ending injury against the New River Admirals and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Widger was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and stated that he would not be able to play for 12-13 months. |
