Hits Blitz for Wolfpack Springer Friday, July 3rd , 2026 Josh Springer accomplished one of the rarer feats in baseball when he hit for the cycle against the Great Falls Gunslingers in the 12-11 Walla Walla Wolfpack win at Walla Walla Grounds. Afterward, Springer acknowledged that his accomplishment was special, but said he was more interested in helping the Wolfpack win. "Maybe one day I'll look back on this with more meaning, but right now I just want to go out tomorrow and put some good swings on the ball and help my club win another game," Springer said. On his historic day, he went 4-for-5 with 2 RBI and 1 run scored -- and also got a spot in the history books. Josh Springer grounded out in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Christian Becerra in the 3rd, tripled in the 4th, walked in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
